- Number of chocolates in Manu’s hand = 12

Two third of 12 = 2/3 of 12 = (2/3) x 12 = 8

Number of chocolates remaining with him = 12 – 8 = 4 chocolates - Given length = 25 cm and breadth = 10 cm

Area = length x breadth = 25 x 10 = 250 square cm - Number of books = 576

Number of books in one shelf = 48

Number of shelves needed = 576/48 = 12 shelves - Number of glasses of water that Sohan drinks every day = 8

Number of glasses he will drink in one year = 8 x 365 = 2920 glasses - Cost of 1 kg fresh fish = 150 rupees

Quantity of fish that can buy for 750 rupees = 750/150 = 15 kg.
