b) 50 paise: 2 rupees
1 rupees = 100 paise
50: 200 = 1:4 (50 is a common factor)

3. Sum of the parts = 2 +3 = 5

Rainfall in 1 day = 265 /5 = 53 mm
Rainfall in 1 week = 53 x 7 = 371 mm
