**ANSWERS:**

- 6: 10
- Same unit
- 1: 3
- Proportion
- 40
- Rs 2 = 200 paise

Ratio is 50: 200 = 50/200 = ¼ = 1: 4 - 1 hour = 60 minutes

Ratio is 15: 60 = 15/60 = 1/4 = 1: 4 - Total number of students = 35

Number of boys = 20

Number of girls = 35 – 20 = 15

Ratio of number of girls to total number of students = 15:35 = 15/35 = 3/7 = 3: 7 - Sum of parts = 2 + 3 = 5

Anu’s share = 200 x (2/5) = 400/5 = 80 rupees

Sonu’s share = 200 x (3/5) =600/5 = 120 rupees - The cost of 5 packets of chocolates = 400 rupees

Cost of 1 packet of chocolates = 400/5 = 80 rupees

Cost of 8 packets of chocolates = 80 x 8 = 640 rupees
