  11. Total number of students = 30
    a) Number of students like to study Maths = 1/5 of 30 = 6 students
    b) Number of students like to study Science = 2/5 of 30 = 12 students
    c) Number of students like to study English = Remaining students
    = 30 – 18 = 12 students.
  12. Weight of vegetables bought by Arun = 3kg 500g + 5 kg 250g = 8kg 750g
    Weight of vegetables bought by Amal = 4kg250g + 3kg 500g = 7kg 750g
    Therefore, Arun bought more vegetables.
  13. Side of an equilateral triangle = 4.5 cm
    Perimeter = 4.5 x 3 = 13.5 cm
  14. Length = 5.5 cm
    Breadth = 2 cm
    Area = length x breadth = 5.5 x 2 = 11 sq cm
  15. Total weight of fruits purchased by Meera = 2 ½ + 4 ¼ = 6 ¾ kg.
